  The lovely ladies in the ladies formal wear section were very friendly and extremely helpful. Very impressed, Olivia , thank you for kindness - in store again today (8/11) mens wear, purchased a Polo shirt, lovely young man assisted me - however the older woman on the counter did not acknowledge me - just called the very polite and attentive young man over to help me - HE gets 6 stars.

  (Young women's fashion) Awful customer service on the phone. Was on hold for 20 minutes while they looked for a top I asked to be put on hold, which I saw an hour before in the store. The section they had to look in was approx 1.5 meters wide with 1 rack. They still couldn't find it. I then went into the store because I was fed up. And found the top within 20 seconds.

  Great products. Excellent customer service; doing shopping this evening in the Men's Department; very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

  Staff were so rude. And extremely clueless about all of their products. They have zero product knowledge, for example or knowing they stocked that brand!

  One of the nice place to shop in Perth. A lot of branded and famous products. Also the local ones. Competitive and fair price and always On Sale (discounted price)

  Very helpful staff l actually enjoying looking around, l did like a Studio 40 grey jacket, light weight yesterday but there was only a size 42 in store trouble l might need a size 48 but l will try the 46 on next time l am in the city ;)
