  Great variety of shopping with Kmart, Myer, David Jones and heaps of specialty shops. I've been a patron for over thirty years and it's still one of my favorite places to shop in Perth.

  I visited today, and experienced unprofessional third class customer service, I had a genuine issue with my pretty new device but they simply tried to get rid off me by rudely arguing over issue I have and told me indirectly I am stupid to complain this. The guy actually said to me we don’t place fans in iPhone to keep it cool. Anyways my loyalty with iPhone is over now I honestly recommend every one not buy such an expensive device whose performance is below average and you get low class customer service. After spending $1240 I get such response.

  First time in an Apple store and I have to say that being dressed for hard work with a 3 day growth, the staff here have been superb. Props to Andrew of the Business team.

  Never had a problem with being served. It's the poor attitude and rudeness of the staff members that frustrates me. If you go in and tell them you want to drop a truck load of cash (buying a new phone for example) you get seen to like there is no tomorrow. But if you are there for refunds, returns, or to notify them of faulty equipment, expect a long wait and to be bounced back and forth by at least 4 team members if not more while they flash you dirty looks and whisper in each other's ear about how best to get rid of you. And when you finally do get to see someone, they come straight at you full of rudeness and condescension. It boils down to, if you want to spend money, they will see you double time, after you've spent money, they want nothing more to do with you. Bad service. The Perth City store is much better in my experience.

  Got my phone screen repaired in 2 hours with genuine parts. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Anyone who complains at not getting immediate help needs to recognize just how busy this place is. Thumbs up and thanks to the staff member who recommended a good movie to me.

  Nothing is too much trouble, everything is a possibility including sourcing a near impossible iPhone X 256Gb.
