  I have been a loyal customer here for years as i always get a good hair cut never disapointed and i just had my hair cut by Libby as it was the BEST i've ever had and at the same time she was super friendly and genuine in her approach 5/5 :)

  My partner went in to get a hair cut and was charged twice on pay pass. When he returned to get a refund, with proof on his bank statement that 'Reno's Hair Care -$32' was withdrawn twice - he was told that it wasn't their fault, it was the banks fault. He was then told not to return as they refused to refund him for charging him double.

  that they burn my hair with the hair straightener. at the same night i touch my hair and i find out all the ends part is damaged and burnt, so I went back to the salon on Monday 20/02/17 and i show her my hair and explain the situation that they damaged it, and ask her really politely to give my money back, she was so disrespect full to me and raising her voice in front of everyone and told me no I'm not give you money back, our hair straightener doesn't burn anyone hair! I said to her before i walked to your shop i had a perfect nice hair now its damaged and burned, she keeps ignore the situations and was so rude to me in front of everyone there, I want to report that manger she can't burn peoples hair and do nothing about it, I didn't received any compensation from hair and she was super un respect full to me and make me cray to leave her shop. the last thing I told hair, I said I will sue u and see you at court and i walked out. now i have to cut my long her because she damaged it really bad, I'm so sad about my situations
