  I purchased my husband a Tag Heuer watch ($6,000) for a wedding present in Oct 2015. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. By the end of December and 15 calls later, no one could tell me where the watch was or when it would be ready. In January 2016 (one month away from our wedding) I lodged a complaint with the ACCC and requested a refund, which they refused. The watch magically arrived 1 week later. There was no apology from the staff member when I picked it up and I received a threatening call from the state manager (Warwick) when I requested to speak to him about my experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Take your money else where.

  Poor customer service. Purchased a diamond ring a couple of years back. After I paid , Said I had to come back for the certificate. Asked them to post it as I am not often down that way. they said no. Never went back to collect or to buy another item ever. Received a call today (which is a good thing I guess) asking me if I can come grab it. I again asked them to post it again told no it is too expensive if we posted all of these out. I either collect it or they bin it. It is now binned. Wonder if they would post me a brochure before I bought anything. ?
